Film Arts Facilities
Langara College Film Arts program utilizes professional equipment for our productions including Sony’s high definition HVR-Z1U cameras, Cavision’s pull focus and matte box system, Sound Devices location sound mixer and Lowell three head lighting kits. The students edit in a Prime Acoustic suite on high definition using Final Cut Pro 5.0 on G5 Macintosh computers and output to HDV.
